PC gamers will have to wait until next year for GTAV
It’s been roughly a year since the wildly popular Grand Theft Auto V launched on the PlayStation 3 and the Xbox 360. Take-Two interactive, the publisher of the gaming title, reported sales of $800 million globally on the first day alone. Within three days of launch, the Grand Theft Auto V surpassed $1 billion in sales.
Today, developer Rockstar Games announced that Grand Theft Auto V will make the trek to the current generation Xbox One and PlayStation 4 consoles on November 18.
Rockstar has taken the time to improve upon the game given the additional horsepower under the hoods of the latest consoles from Microsoft and Sony. That means that gamers will witness denser traffic patterns, a new foliage system, and enhanced weather/damage effects. In addition, Rockstar says that over 100 new songs will be added to the in-game radio stations.
There have even been changes [for the better] made to online play:
While Xbox One and PS4 gamers can get their hands on Grand Theft Auto V in mid-November, PC gamers will have to wait until January 27 to pickup the game.
